Mackenzie Blagojevic is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, stress, and other emotional and developmental challenges. She is committed to creating a warm, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based therapy, Mackenzie tailors treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. She integrates practical skill-building with compassionate exploration, helping clients develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
